Customers wishing to change or return any product, are entitled to do so within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt, without any return chargesone time for each order, provided that the return will be made with the courier company cooperating with Fifty Fifty, Geniki Tachydromiki.The free return policy does not apply to orders outside Greece. Shipping costs for returns outside Greece shall be borne by customers.
Returns concerning underwear shall not be accepted for reasons of hygiene.
Specifically, customers should contact us by calling tel.No. 2610-241124 or by email (which should include the order code number) at info@fiftyfifty.com.gr. The cost of the new shipping (3 Euro) shall be borne by the customer.

To return products, they must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the identification tag along with all textile designer labels must be attached to the product, together with all accompanying documents (e.g. Retail Sale Receipt - Bill of Lading/Invoice etc.).
Customers are required to try the products they purchased without removing their tags; otherwise it shall be deemed that the product is not in the condition it was delivered and will not be accepted.
Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried over underwear without removing the protective adhesive tape. For hygiene protection, if that tape is removed or if the products are stained their return will not be accepted and the products shall be returned to the customer.
In the event of returning shoes, the adhesion of labels and packing tape on the package box is not allowed. If the returned product boxes have been damaged, the return shall not be accepted.
If all the above conditions are met, Fifty Fifty is obliged to replace the product with any other product selected by the customer. If the selected product is of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.
The cost of the new shipping shall be borne by the customer; regardless of the amount it is 3 Euro within Greece and 8 Euro for Cyprus.
